Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Settlement between Hashim Malak Madani and Ashraf Khanum, daughter of Sultan Muhammad Mirza Sayf al-Dawlah [and] wife of Rasul Khan Razavi from Malayir, exchanging a caravansary and a series of connected shops located in Malayir and known as Mirza Abu al-Qasim Khani Sara and part of the Baharistan qanats for three thousand five hundred tumans. On margin: "the receipt for three thousand and five hundred tumans received by Hashim Malak Madani. Ahmad Madani, brother of Hashim Malak Madani, permitted this settlement on July 14, 1929 and received the settlement fee."

Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans. Settlement of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Rasul, his father (Haji Nasr Allah), and his daughter (Khanum Zaman) with Haj Muhammad Riza Tajir [the merchant], son of the late Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar from Shiraz, over Khanum Zaman's alimony and mahr (which includes items listed, worth from one tuman to two thousand tumans) for ten tumans and some Russian hard sugar; then Haji Muhammad Riza triple-divorced Khanum Zaman.

Settlement between ‘Aziz al-Muluk and Gilan Khanum Amir Ibrahimi, daughters of the late Muhammad ‘Ali (Nusrat al-Mamalik) and residents of Kirman, on the ownership of the farm and qanat in Husayn Abad desert, for twenty-five grams of nabat [crystal candy] and some money. The agreement also includes the orchards and houses that either of them built with their money.
